We have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with no questions asked. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, we're here to help. Our underwear must not have been tried-on, be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging and condition it was received.
All other merchandise must be unwashed and in original condition.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the order number. To start a return, click here to begin the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products must be returned in packaging that maintains the integrity of the product; products damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
